Job summary

Prestige Staffing seeks a Lead Sustaining Engineer to serve as the functional lead for the new Atlanta office. You will triage and resolve escalated customer issues, gate fix quality, and drive root-cause analysis on a high-availability production codebase.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers and contractors, delivering maintainable defect fixes, and guiding day-to-day operations while ensuring robust performance and reliability of critical systems in Midtown Atlanta.

Qualifications

• NET development background to read and debug code.
• Debugging, log analysis, and observability/monitoring tooling.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Instigate and solve escalated technical issues
• Deliver clean, well-tested defect fixes, patches, and maintenance releases
• Review fixes authored by junior engineers and contractors
• Mentor and direct junior engineers and contractors
