AT&T is seeking a Lead Applications Developer to modernize and reliably operate Results Online and related critical applications from Atlanta, GA, Bedminster NJ, or Dallas TX. The role emphasizes Java, Oracle, Azure, cloud data platforms, and CI/CD to deliver timely, scalable solutions.

The position requires office presence a minimum of five days per week and offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary. Strong leadership and collaborative skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in application development or software engineering.
• Experience with Java, Oracle, Azure, cloud data platforms, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement applications that meet business requirements and user needs.
• Enhance existing applications, resolve defects, improve performance, increase automation, and maintain compatibility with evolving technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and user stories, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing; provide production support.
• Lead significant development initiatives and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams.
• Manage development activities, dependencies, and risks to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to architecture, scalability, and system performance.
