Job summary

Technology Partners is seeking a Lead Application Developer to design, develop, and implement changes for end-to-end integrated systems. You will mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and uphold coding standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The position is hybrid, reporting to the Bridgeton office at least two days per week, with potential for leadership and project management responsibilities. A strong background in C#, ASP, Angular, and SQL Server is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a developer for internet-based systems.
• 3+ years using application development tools, including Visual Studio.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Git/DevOps and TFS.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and full SDLC.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement features and system enhancements based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend cost-effective infrastructure improvements.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate performance and reliability.
• Maintain knowledge of IT architecture and technology portfolio.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship across multiple projects.
• Support Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle activities.
