Job summary

Technology Partners Inc. is actively seeking a Lead Application Developer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end systems. You will lead, mentor, and review code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions using C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and SQL Server.

The role is hybrid, reporting to the Bridgeton office at least two days per week, with opportunities for mentoring and project management responsibilities as part of an agile SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing internet-based systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with application development tools, including Visual Studio.
• Strong technical expertise in C#, ASP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular (Angular 1.x and Angular 7).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with source control tools such as TFS or DevOps with Git.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and full SDLC.
• Knowledge of data privacy practices and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement application features and system enhancements based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend cost-efficient infrastructure improvements.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system performance and reliability.
• Maintain knowledge of company IT architecture, infrastructure, and technology portfolio.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on projects.
• Support Agile methodologies and participate in full software development lifecycle activities.
