As a Lead Application Developer within our technology team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing application changes that support business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate user needs and provide innovative technology solutions. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and uphold coding standards. Additionally, you will stay current on emerging technologies to recommend cost-effective infrastructure improvements. This is a hybrid role reporting to the Bridgeton office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), with the potential for team mentoring and project management responsibilities.
Pay:$47.60 to $68.00 per hour
