Job summary

BravoTECH in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain web-based applications using the Microsoft stack. This hands-on, full-stack role emphasizes C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, and Azure, within an Agile scrum environment.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to standards, and help deliver scalable, secure software. The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days onsite per week and opportunities to lead critical initiatives across core services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience building .NET Framework applications.
• Experience developing applications with ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong C# development experience with OO principles.
• Hands-on Azure experience for cloud-based apps.
• Experience with Azure IAM, RBAC, and Key Vault.
• Experience using Azure DevOps with Git-based workflows.
• Experience writing unit-testable code using repository patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web apps using C#, .NET, MVC, SQL Server, and Azure.
• Build and support cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure.
• Contribute to architecture using microservices, events, and integration patterns.
• Write C# code in Visual Studio with feature branches and toggles.
• Work with Azure IAM, RBAC, and Key Vault.
• Write automated tests and validate changes locally.
• Create QA test cases and collaborate with partners for testing.
• Submit, review, and manage code in Git and Azure DevOps.
• Lead peer reviews and help set development standards.
• Support backlog, sprint goals, and high-impact work.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in apps and processes.
• Mentor developers through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
