• Experience using incident tickets and delivering strong customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and lab technology support and installations.
• Lead desktop and classroom support staff and mentor teammates.
• Coordinate AV and classroom projects with engineers and design teams.
• Maintain documentation and incident tracking in Team Dynamix.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution.
