Job summary

Stellar Virtual seeks a Systems Integrations Lead to design, implement, and maintain integrations across Salesforce, SIS, LMS, and data warehouses to create a scalable, secure technology ecosystem. You will own REST API connectivity, authentication methods, and cross‑platform data exchange, partnering with platform admins and engineers to deliver reliable data flows and automation that support our mission.

Remote work flexibility is supported, with collaboration across teams to meet student data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems integration or related technical role.
• Experience in education technology environments preferred (K–12 or higher education).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using Google Workspace in professional/academic settings.
• Strong written communication and ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce, SIS, LMS, and data warehouse to support cross‑platform communication.
• Own API connectivity, authentication methods, endpoint configuration, and integration architecture.
• Develop and maintain field mappings, synchronization processes, and data exchange standards for consistent information across systems.
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot issues, and implement long‑term fixes through root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate testing and documentation to ensure changes do not disrupt existing processes.
