Job summary

Energy Access Innovations seeks a Senior Developer to design, build, and maintain applications and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems. You will own API design, data models, and integration patterns, guiding projects from requirements through deployment.

You will mentor junior developers, enforce coding standards, and ensure data governance across platforms while delivering scalable, secure solutions with strong architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong Salesforce development skills: Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, declarative automation (Flow), and Salesforce Connect.
• Strong NetSuite development skills: SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk / RESTlets, and SDF/ SuiteCloud CLI.
• Solid understanding of integration architecture: REST/SOAP APIs, platform events or equivalent event-driven patterns, and middleware tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain applications and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other enterprise systems.
• Design and own REST/SOAP APIs and data models that connect disparate systems.
• Lead end-to-end enhancement projects: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and production deployment.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and development standards.
• Oversee data governance practices including data quality, deduplication, migration, and access controls.
