Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integration solutions across enterprise systems
• Architect and develop API‑led integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware platforms
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Oversee end‑to‑end integration lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data flow issues
• Drive best practices around code quality, documentation, and governance
• Support CI/CD processes and environment management

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Salesforce platform, including integration architecture
• Proven background leading complex system integrations in enterprise environments
• Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration patterns
• Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
• Solid understanding of data modeling, transformation, and ETL concepts
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce development best practices
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API management and microservices architecture
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Prior experience in a technical lead or architect capacity
