Qualifications

• Ability to teach and coach two other technicians.
• Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; on-call as needed.
• Lead a service team and ensure compliance with standards and laws.
• Experience in maintenance within community management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and manage a service team.
• Foster positive relationships with team, customers, vendors.
• Ensure adherence to Southern Management policies and quality standards.
• Monitor daily service activities for quality.
• Maintain logs and schedules for maintenance work.
• Perform on-site service technician duties as needed.

• Assist in budgeting and community planning.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends.
