Lighthouse-Property-Management in Austin, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 400+ unit apartment community. You will lead daily maintenance operations, keep the property safe and running smoothly, and support the Property Manager with budgets and goals.

You will supervise maintenance techs, handle after-hours calls, and ensure safety and quality across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance with supervision of maintenance techs.
• HVAC certified.
• CPO certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations for a 400+ unit apartment complex.
• Oversee unit turns and ensure units are rent ready on schedule.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Supervise outside contractors and evaluate vendor performance.
• Handle after-hours service calls on a rotating schedule.
