Job summary

Lighthouse Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Austin, TX to lead day-to-day maintenance across a 400+ unit apartment complex. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and smooth operations while supporting the Property Manager with budgets and goals.

The role emphasizes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, with unit turns, vendor management, and after-hours duties on a rotating schedule. Strong leadership and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance experience plus management of maintenance techs.
• HVAC Certified.
• CPO Certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day to day maintenance operations for the community.
• Maintain the property safe, clean, and running smoothly while supporting the Property Manager with budgets and performance goals.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, pools and pool equipment, plumbing, electrical components, lighting, boilers, heaters, pumps, motors, roofs, appliances, drywall, painting, carpentry, locks, and general building systems.
• Oversee unit turns and ensure vacant units are rent ready on schedule.
• Identify hazards and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
• Supervise outside contractors and evaluate vendor performance.
• Two man team. You will be required to handle after hour service calls every other week.
