Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for the Austin, TX area. This hands-on role leads a service team to maintain grounds and buildings, diagnose HVAC/electrical/plumbing issues, and supervise in-house or vendor work. You will share on-call duties and drive quality service to sustain high occupancy.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in trade work with at least 1 year in a lead/supervisory capacity, plus EPA refrigerant certification and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years trade experience.
• At least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead, assistant, or supervisory role.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I and II or Universal).
• Proficient with business software to manage work orders and email communication.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• DMV and background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Manage service team to maintain property upkeep, inventory and repairs.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and/or vendor work.
• Share on-call with other team members.
• Uphold professional maintenance practices to maximize occupancy and rents.
