Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in an apartment community.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Oversee maintenance of the community and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Supervise, train and support maintenance team members for curb appeal and reliability.
• Escalate major repairs to the Community Manager and coordinate follow-up.
• Take initiative and collaborate with others, while delivering quality work.
• Maintain safety standards and uphold company policies and applicable laws.
• Schedule and conduct periodic maintenance walks and inspections.
