Job summary

Westdale Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor for a 416-unit apartment community in Aurora, CO. The role oversees maintenance operations, budgeting, and timely repairs for vacant and occupied units, with a focus on resident satisfaction and service excellence.

The candidate should have 5+ years in on-site supervision, EPA Level II or Universal, CPO, and strong teamwork skills. Weekend/on-call duties apply; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a Service Supervisor in on-site property maintenance.
• Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Weekend work once per month and on-call once a month for emergencies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; CAMT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all maintenance operations on the property within the maintenance budget.
• Diagnose and repair basic and complex issues for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintain service and safety records in compliance with laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Community Manager or Regional Director.
