You will work with a team to ensure timely installations and preventive maintenance, while managing projects and maintaining compliance with Fairstead safety policies.

Qualifications

• Three years of property maintenance experience.
• Proficient in building and mechanical trades.
• Strong knowledge of safety precautions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Yardi or RealPage is a plus.
