Job summary

Locke Solutions, a leading provider of precast concrete solutions in Houston, seeks a Senior AP Analyst to lead the accounts payable function and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all AP activities.

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee invoice processing, and drive process improvements while supporting reporting and month-end close in a fast-growing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years accounts payable experience, incl. 3+ years in senior AP or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, ERP systems and financial controls.
• Proficient Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounts payable and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Review and approve high-volume invoices and payment runs (ACH, checks, wires).
• Support process improvements, reporting, and AP-related controls.
