RTX’s Effector RF Design Team in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and/or RCS ranges and chambers. You will guide teams, shape technology roadmaps, and collaborate with government programs to ensure compliance and innovation.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, onsite work in Tucson, and a strong background in RF design, measurement, and range operation. Relocation may be offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with testing antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range.
• Operation of an antenna, radome, and/or RCS chamber/range.
• Antenna/sensor measurement theory and range operation.

Mansioni

• Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define and analyze requirements for ranges/chambers and test equipment.
• Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers and coordinate with suppliers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring across the organization.
