Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Hands-on coding and code review experience

Responsibilities

• Own major features end to end, from design to release
• Write code, review code, and own features
• Improve reliability metrics for key features
• Review pull requests and provide constructive feedback
• Unblock the team when blockers occur
• Consolidate shared components to avoid multiple versions
• Shift verification left by enabling automated checks
