• Dient als Sparringspartner:in für Business Users und Funktionsleiter bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung, dem Änderungsmanagement, Schulungen und Implementationen
• Leitet die Konfiguration/Einrichtung von Business Data und Reports
• Leitet die Lösung kritischer Problemstellungen
• Fungiert als Bindeglied zwischen dem HRIS-Team und Geschäftspartner:innen, einschließlich HR/Lohnbuchhaltung, Finanz, IT, Legal und Internal Audit
• Baut auf und pflegt Beziehungen zu Stakeholder:innen, um deren Engagement und Einsatz für die Erreichung von Zielen sicherzustellen
• Empfiehlt Prozess- und technische Verbesserungen, Systemerweiterungen und neue Anwendungen zur Unterstützung der geschäftlichen und betrieblichen Anforderungen
• Erstellt klare, präzise und genaue Kommunikationen, um das Team über geplante Erweiterungen und Projekte auf dem Laufenden zu halten

• Leads Workday product planning, change management and updates
• Leads production support and change management processes for all locations – both in Europe and further afield
• Develops and leads service level agreements for support areas
• Leads the ongoing design, configuration, deployment and maintenance of HR business processes in Workday
• Serves as a sparring partner to business users and functional leaders for continuous improvement, change management, training and delivery
• Leads configuration/setup of business data and reporting
• Leads resolution of critical issues
• Acts as a liaison between the HRIS team and business partners including HR/Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal and Internal Audit
• Builds and cultivates stakeholder relationships ensuring their engagement and commitment to goals and objectives
• Recommends process and technical improvements, system enhancements and new applications to support business and operational needs
• Produces clear, concise and accurate communications to keep the business updated on planned enhancements and projects
• Advances their own HRIS job knowledge through participation in educational workshops, professional publications, building personal networks and benchmarking methodologies
• Establishes project plans and manages initiatives based on defined priorities, anticipating cross-functional and cross-team collaboration opportunities
• Coaches peers and team members on timely and accurate accomplishment of goals, providing access to development experiences as appropriate

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik, BWL oder gleichwertig
• Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem HRIS-Umfeld
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Workday ist obligatorisch, einschließlich Workday-Update-Tools (advanced report writing, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB))
• Internationale Berufserfahrung bevorzugt
• Neugierde für und Verständnis von technischen Systemen
• Nachgewiesene internationale Projektmanagement-Erfahrung
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch

ENGLISH

• Successfully completed Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 6 years’ experience working in an HRIS environment
• Experience using Workday is mandatory, including Workday update tools (advanced report writing, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB))
• International work experience preferred
• Curiosity for and understanding of technology systems
• Proven international project management experience
• Fluent language skills in English and German
