AML RightSource is seeking a Senior Financial Crimes Investigator to detect suspicious activity, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead investigations. The role may supervise junior analysts and collaborate with clients to manage financial crime risks in a fast-paced environment.

This work-from-home position follows core hours and requires a bachelor’s degree, strong KYC and AML knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience investigating suspicious activity.
• Ability to prepare SARs in compliance with regulations and client policies.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and AML/BSA rules.

Responsibilities

• Identify money laundering, sanctions, and fraud red flags; escalate as needed.
• Verify client identities per KYC procedures.
• Perform quality control tasks.
• Assist with client communications and training materials.
• Provide support to analysts and review outputs.
