Coinbase Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced AML/CTF/PF compliance leader to own the program for the ADGM entity and ensure alignment with global regulatory expectations.

You will monitor FSRA and UAE developments, lead implementation of changes, and report regularly to senior management and the Board on program status. The role requires direct experience liaising with regulators, steering day-to-day operations, and collaborating with Compliance and Product teams to embed compliant practices

Formación

• 5+ years of AML/CTF/PF compliance experience, including senior leadership roles.
• First-hand knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi financial services and AML regulations.
• Direct experience liaising with the FSRA or a comparable regulator.
• Track record of independently managing day-to-day compliance program operations.
• Demonstrated success building a compliance program from the ground up.
• Experience engaging with regulators, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Own identification of AML/CTF/PF and Sanctions requirements for the ADGM entity and maintain policies and procedures
• Monitor FSRA and UAE regulatory developments and lead implementation of compliance changes
• Provide regular updates to senior management and the Board on the AML/CTF/PF/Sanctions program
• Lead day-to-day regulatory communications with the FSRA and oversee risk assessments
• Own timely remediation of findings from internal audits and regulatory exams
• Partner with Compliance and Product stakeholders to embed compliance into new products and market expansions
