Job summary

Fayetteville Technical Community College seeks a Lead Allied Health Instructor to provide high-quality instruction across classroom, lab, hybrid, and online formats. The role leads Phlebotomy and RMA programs, partners with clinical sites, and drives program growth and student success.

Ideal candidate will mentor instructors, coordinate schedules, and engage with community health partners. A strong orientation toward growth, accountability, and service is essential for advancing workforce

Responsibilities

• Teach classroom, laboratory, hybrid, and online courses as assigned.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of the Phlebotomy and RMA programs, and other Health Programs.
• Assist with strategic planning, enrollment growth, retention initiatives, and program improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators including enrollment, retention, completion, certification pass rates, and employment outcomes.
• Coordinate course assignments and instructional schedules.
• Mentor, train, and support adjunct and full-time instructors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical affiliates, healthcare employers, and community partners.
• Coordinate clinical placements for PBT and RMA.
• Coordinate advisory committee meetings and employer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the Dean on new program development and workforce initiatives.
• Provide quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff
