Job summary

Qualifications
- Current national certification in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Science/Technology.
- Associate’s degree (or higher) in an allied health or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience performing venipuncture and capillary puncture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and laboratory instruction in phlebotomy.
- Teach venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques effectively.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to support student growth.
- Coordinate clinical rotations with program leadership and healthcare partners.
- Utilize technology to support in-person and virtual learning environments.
- Maintain regular communication with students and faculty.
