Job summary

Fayetteville Technical Community College is seeking qualified instructors to lead and deliver health program courses in classroom, lab, hybrid, and online formats. The Lead Instructor will guide the Phlebotomy and RMA programs and help align Continuing Education with the College mission.

You will support strategic planning, enrollment growth, retention initiatives, and program improvements, while mentoring adjunct and full-time instructors and building partnerships with clinical affiliates and

Responsibilities

• Teach classroom, laboratory, hybrid, and online courses as assigned.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of the Phlebotomy and RMA programs, and other Health Programs.
• Assist with strategic planning, enrollment growth, retention initiatives, and program improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators including enrollment, retention, completion, certification pass rates, and employment outcomes.
• Coordinate course assignments and instructional schedules.
• Mentor, train, and support adjunct and full-time instructors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clinical affiliates, healthcare employers, and community partners.
• Coordinate clinical placements for PBT and RMA
• Coordinate advisory committee meetings and employer engagement activities.
• Collaborate with the Dean on new program development and workforce initiatives.
• Provide quality customer service to students, faculty, and staff
