Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, a premier aerospace interiors company, seeks a capable lead for the wire harness manufacturing and installation department. You will supervise ongoing production, ensure adherence to engineering data, and guide craftspeople to deliver high-quality assemblies for VIP jets.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain process documents, and manage tools and equipment while meeting production schedules and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years aircraft wiring experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering data.
• U.S. Person qualification for ITAR compliance.
• Ability to work with repetitive stripping and crimping equipment.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight and leadership in manufacturing and installation of wire harness assemblies and related products.
• Fabricates and installs wire harnesses on final product assemblies such as interior cabinet assemblies and circuit breaker panels.
• Monitors daily operations of the department and ensures timely processing of work orders.
• Develops and maintains quality, process and procedures documents.
• Maintains tool and equipment requirements for the department.
• Performs testing and verification of final products and assists in certification.
• Maintains safe work practices and a clean work area.
• Meets target hours and schedules as set by supervisor.
