Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Denton, TX is seeking an experienced supervisor for the manufacturing and installation of aircraft wire harness assemblies. You will lead the department, oversee fabrication and installation on final products, and ensure timely work orders and documentation.

The role requires 5+ years of aircraft wiring experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communications.

Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years corporate or commercial aircraft wiring experience or related military training.
Required knowledge and abilities include English communication, problem solving, and understanding aircraft wiring techniques and processes.
Ability to read engineering data, operate tools, and work independently within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight, direction and leadership in manufacturing and installation of wire harness assemblies and related products.
Fabricate and install wire harnesses on final product assemblies (cabinets, panels, etc.).
Monitor daily operations and ensure timely processing of work orders and documentation.
Manage department tools and equipment and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
Perform testing and verification of final products and assist in product certification.
