Job summary

The role requires a valid A&P certificate, 10+ years in corporate aircraft maintenance, and strong knowledge of CFRs, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P Certificate.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the CFRs and aircraft maintenance standards.
• Proficient with planning, implementation, and direction of maintenance programs and control systems.
• Be a highly motivated individual committed to Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Operational Excellence!
• Remains fit for duty and abstain from drug and alcohol abuse.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and lead maintenance activities on assigned aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance events, budgeting, training, and scheduling.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure quality of work and documentation.
• Liaise with FAA and AMOs regarding policies and inspections.
• Ensure airworthiness of aircraft before return to service and minimize schedule impact.
• Maintain complete records of inspections, repairs, and component changes.
