Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS in Middle River, Maryland is seeking a Lead Design Engineer to lead design efforts for Nacelles in commercial aircraft applications. The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $92,000 and $138,100 per year, with a comprehensive rewards package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Engineering position related to mechanical systems and/or design engineering.
• Access to export-controlled technology requires U.S. Person status.

Responsibilities

• Design and document Nacelle and components including thrust reversers and inlets.
• Coordinate with other functions to meet standards and requirements.
• Execute product processes related to design, analysis, and quality.
• Perform Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations.
• Initiate and execute engineering changes for cost and weight projects.
• Communicate with the engineering program manager.
• Create engineering change packages and provide technical inputs.
