Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive nacelle and engine build-up programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and interfacing with customers and senior staff. You will oversee resource planning, budgets, and project execution to meet qualification, certification, and production milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years of engineering experience, and U.S. Person status for export-controlled work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years engineering work experience.
• U.S. Person status required for export-controlled technology per 22 C.F.R. §120.62.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional, product-focused programs.
• Interface with partners, contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.
• Manage program resources and budget allocations for schedules and execution.
• Serve as engineering lead and focal point for the program.
• Plan and execute all engineering deliverables for qualification, certification and production.
