Job summary

ST Engineering MRAS seeks an experienced engineering leader to drive cross-functional programs for nacelle and engine build-up. You will lead the engineering team, coordinate design efforts, and interface with customers and internal senior staff to resolve technical challenges.

You will guide program planning and execution, manage resources and budgets, and liaise with partners across domestic and global teams to meet qualification, certification, and production milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering work experience.
• This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cross-functional product-focused programs.
• Manage program interfaces with partners, contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.
• Manage program resource and budget allocation/integration.
• Serve as engineering lead and focal for the program.
• Plan and execute all Engineering deliverables to support qualification, certification, and production of Nacelle hardware.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate priorities and executable plans for a diverse domestic and global team.
• Support monthly Engineering Operations reviews with variance assessments and action tracking.
• Manage an integrated master schedule (IMS) with inputs from the team.
• Develop action plans to respond to issues and problems.
