Job summary

STENA is seeking a Lead Engineer Program Manager in Baltimore, MD to lead the engineering team and manage Nacelle and Engine Build Up programs. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive design improvements, and support field issues and supply chain challenges.

You will interface with customers and senior staff to align on requirements and schedules. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years of engineering experience, and clearance readiness for export-controlled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering work experience
• PMP Certification preferred and export-control awareness for U.S. government-related work

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages cross-functional product-focused programs.
• Interfaces with partners, contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.
• Manages program resources and budget allocation/integration.
• Acts as engineering lead and focal point for the program.
• Plans and executes all engineering deliverables to support qualification, certification, and production of Nacelle hardware.
• Develops and communicates priorities and executable plans for domestic and global teams.
• Supports monthly Engineering Operations reviews with variance assessments and risk mitigation.
• Maintains an integrated master schedule (IMS) and assesses critical paths.
• Develops action plans to respond to issues.
