Qualifications

• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required; aircraft-specific factory training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: supervise, mentor, and guide a team of aviation maintenance technicians.
• Program Operations: oversee daily schedules, aircraft deliveries, time charges, and manpower planning.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure adherence to aviation regulations and safety policies.
• Quality Assurance: conduct audits and inspections to maintain service quality.
• Training and Development: coordinate and conduct training programs for team members.
• Process Improvement: identify areas to optimize workflows and productivity.
• Resource Management: oversee tools, equipment, and hangar spaces.
• Reporting and Documentation: maintain accurate records of activities.
• Communicate effectively in English.
