Kalitta Air LLC is seeking a Lead Aircraft MX Technician - Line MX in Oscoda, MI to supervise daily maintenance tasks on line aircraft. The role requires coordinating with the supervisor, leading crew, and ensuring compliance with maintenance data and safety standards.

Qualificações

• FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant license required.
• High school graduate with 5 years minimum maintenance experience on commercial aircraft.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily tasks with Supervisor/Foreman.
• Lead and direct crewmembers to ensure productivity and quality.
• Document maintenance discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot and advise on maintenance actions.
• Interpret maintenance data (AMM, SRM, CMMs, etc.).
• Provide on-the-job training and oversight.
• Identify safety deficiencies and assist.
