Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred; 4+ years on specific airframes.
• Ability to lead multiple technicians and work under deadlines.
• Must follow FAA guidelines and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee turnover of work to the next shift and manage project flow.
