Job summary

Breeze Airways is hiring a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician to supervise and perform maintenance tasks on commercial aircraft at our Charleston station. The role involves leading AMTs, ensuring compliance with Breeze GMM and regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The starting pay can go up to $39.00 per hour based on experience, with a $2.00 shift differential for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license with no infractions.
• 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience on commercial aircraft.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and specifications.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SIDA badge per TSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assigns, leads, and directs the work of AMTs under supervision.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with Breeze GMM and policies.
• Maintain accountability for work performed at the local station.
• Communicate with MOC about aircraft status.
• Complete Breeze forms and documentation for maintenance tasks.
