Job summary

CommuteAir LLC seeks a Crew Lead to supervise certificated technicians, ensuring proper execution of paperwork in line with Company, Manufacturer, and Federal requirements. You will monitor maintenance, manage daily shop activities, and uphold safety and quality standards in our maintenance bases and line stations.

The role requires at least 2 years of aviation maintenance experience, an active A&P certificate, and the ability to coordinate tasks, read English documentation, and work legally in

Qualifications

• Must hold an Airframe & Powerplant certificate or other acceptable certificates.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards productivity, safety and quality maintenance.
• Hold a valid state driver’s license and government passport.
• Minimum 2 years of applicable aircraft maintenance experience.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Certificated Technicians and ensure proper paperwork and forms.
• Perform maintenance tasks and oversee work at shops, bases and line stations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and functional work areas and equipment.
• Assist in training and supervising Non-Certificated Apprentice Technicians.
• Identify manual deficiencies and notify management for review.
• Notify inspection personnel when an RII is identified.
• Ensure hazardous materials storage complies with regulations.
• Attend work regularly as an essential function.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
