Worldwide Aircrafter Services, Inc. is seeking a Crew Chief to lead a maintenance group in aircraft repairs and inspections. The role requires directing technicians, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with the Shop Manager.

The ideal candidate has an Airframe and Powerplant certificate, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of diversified aircraft maintenance experience. Knowledge of multiple aircraft types is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics Certification required.
• Minimum one year of diversified aircraft and engine maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft, accessories, components, fasteners and other hardware preferred.
• Experience with ATR, Embraer EMB-120, EMB-135/145, Fairchild SA226/227, Saab SF340A/B, S2000 and Beechcraft King Air is preferred.

• Direct and supervise assigned technicians to complete maintenance repairs and inspections.
• Monitor progress of aircraft inspections and repairs to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure personnel under supervision are qualified for their duties.
• Lead the team to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Mentor the group with on-the-job instruction on related technical information and safety procedures.
• Maintain hangar and shop areas in a clean, orderly state.
• Ensure all forms and paperwork related to the work are properly completed.
• Work in accordance with the Company Maintenance Manual and FAA standards.
• Schedule maintenance activities to meet equipment timelines.
