Required are a High School diploma and an A&P license, with 8+ years of aviation maintenance experience and the ability to supervise multiple projects. FAA compliance and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• FAA licensed mechanic with A&P certification required.
• 8+ years aviation maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience leading multiple technicians and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Implement turnover of work to the next shift.
• Reduce turn time of aircraft where possible.
• Train and mentor technicians on projects.
• Supervise daily workload and ensure quality.
• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft and components.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate systems; inspect aircraft and components.
• Coordinate projects and communicate with customers in English.
