The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and an Airframe and Powerplant license, with 8+ years in aviation maintenance and 4+ years in program-specific airframes. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant License are required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program specific airframes.
• Minimal supervision; able to lead small groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs with sound judgment and proper shift turnover.
• Look for opportunities to reduce aircraft turn time.
• Train and mentor technicians assigned to projects.
• Supervise team members in daily workload.
• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate systems on the aircraft.
