Job summary

Ideal candidates have an A&P license, a high school diploma, 8+ years in aviation maintenance, and 4+ years in program-specific airframes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program-specific airframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to complete jobs with quality and on schedule.
• Mentor technicians and supervise daily workload distribution.
• Coordinate with team leaders and operations management for project delivery.
• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate aircraft systems; conduct FAA-compliant inspections.
