Airborne Maintenance, Inc. in Wilmington, OH is seeking an AMES Supervisor to lead hiring, scheduling, discipline and coaching.

You will provide direct supervision and technical guidance to maintenance staff, ensure a safe work environment, and deliver a quality product on time and within budget while complying with FAA CFR Part 145 repair station rules. The role requires strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills, plus the ability to coordinate with all departments to maximize

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A&P License.
• 5 years Heavy Aircraft Maintenance experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of mechanical, structural, and avionics systems.
• Ability to plan and organize workload for assigned personnel and area.
• Ability to exercise technical problem-solving skills and crisis management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be highly self-motivated with the ability to work.
• Working knowledge of FAA CFR Part 145 repair station operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor assigned personnel, hire and discipline as needed.
• Provide management actions related to scheduling, development, coaching, and termination.
• Maintain safety and manage costs to deliver quality product on time.
