Job summary

Links Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks an Aircraft Inspector IV in Vandalia, OH for a contract role. You will lead complex inspections, mentor junior inspectors, and ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance across operations.

The position emphasizes leadership on advanced aircraft systems and maintenance programs, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 50 hours weekly, plus health benefits and 401k matching.

Qualifications

• Active and current FAA A&P Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of aircraft inspection experience.
• Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems, equipment, components, and structures.
• Strong understanding of product audit and inspection processes and procedures.
• Experience applying inspection methods to determine airworthiness after maintenance.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex aircraft inspections and airworthiness evaluations.
• Perform detailed on-aircraft inspections, including avionics and structural systems.
• Develop, implement, and improve inspection protocols and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company standards, and customer requirements.
• Document inspection findings accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve significant compliance and quality issues.
• Conduct audits of maintenance processes and procedures.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior inspectors and maintenance personnel.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency.
