Job summary

V2X is seeking an Aircraft Electronics Technician II to maintain aircraft electrical systems and support daily flight schedules on T/M/S platforms, including P-8. You will apply advanced technical knowledge and may lead junior technicians to complete maintenance tasks effectively.

The role requires 5+ years of USN/USMC/USCG CNAFINST 4790.2 experience, CDI/CDQAR qualifications, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; specialized training desirable.
• 5+ years USN/USMC/USCG CNAFINST 4790.2 (series) aircraft maintenance support experience.
• 3 years T/M/S aircraft maintenance experience on the P-8 or similar.
• CDI/CDQAR experience; knowledge of automatic flight control, stabilization, weapons integration, and fuel quantity systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to obtain DoD Secret security clearance; honorable discharge required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain aircraft electrical generators, load banks, starters, relays, batteries, actuators, circuit breakers, switches, and related components.
• Provide technical guidance to lower level technicians and direct Level I work center personnel as required.
• Support engineers and customers; document logs and participate in shift meetings.
• Adhere to daily flight schedule and maintenance tasking; ensure accuracy and safety.
