Job summary

V2X Inc seeks an Aircraft Electronics Technician III to maintain electrical systems, generators, load banks, and weapon control checks on aircraft. The role requires extensive US military maintenance experience, ability to lead the loading team, and use of advanced test equipment.

A DoD secret clearance eligibility is required. Candidates will perform complex diagnostics, have knowledge of flight control and fuel systems, and work under supervisor guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years USN/USMC/USCG O-Level CNAFINST 4790.2 aircraft maintenance support experience.
• Minimum 5 years T/M/S aircraft maintenance experience for the specified aircraft.
• Experience as Plane Captain, Data Analyst, or Flight Deck Coordinator is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned aircraft electrical generators, load banks, starters, relays, batteries, actuators, circuit breakers and switches.
• Lead weapons loading team roles and perform control checks and weapon integration tasks.
• Perform manual handling up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis per flight schedule.
• Apply advanced technical knowledge to diagnose complex faults using high-end test instruments and engineering changes.
