Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is hiring an Air Cargo Office Lead in Chicago to manage cargo operations, ensure timely workflow, and lead a team of cargo personnel. The role includes data entry, preparing flight and import/export documents, and coordinating with U.S. Customs.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least 18, with a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Weekend shifts and a fast-paced environment are expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or Equivalent.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and operate cargo handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Enter computer data and prepare all flight documents.
• Interface with U.S. Customs and prepare import/export documentation.
• Assist in scheduling and assigning cargo handling work.
• Maintain security and safety compliance at all times.
• Lead and supervise assigned cargo personnel and crews.
