You will assist customers, prepare sales contracts, and manage shipment timelines while ensuring security and accuracy. The position requires an HS diploma or GED, the ability to work eight-hour shifts, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry and prepare flight documents for cargo.
• Interface with U.S. Customs and prepare import/export paperwork.
• Accept/distribute cargo in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Solicit orders or discuss sales terms with customers.
• Estimate delivery dates based on schedules and prepare contracts.
• Maintain site security procedures and report breaches.
• Review and organize MAWB information and flight documentation.
• Provide assistance to customers for document pickup and freight.
• Input AWB details into airline systems and print manifests.
• Manage records, generate weekly statistics, and answer inquiries.
