Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise/solutions architect to guide strategic technology decisions across multiple domains, including Platform Advantage, Emerging Tech, Data & AI Excellence, and Governance & Trust.

You will influence senior stakeholders, align business problems to capabilities, and ensure delivery through the full lifecycle, collaborating with pre/post-sale teams and leveraging AI tooling to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture with direct influence on senior technical and business stakeholders.
Fluency across the Salesforce platform or an adjacent technology relevant to your focus area.
Proven ability to stay engaged through delivery and to recover stalled work.

Responsibilities

Lead with the customer’s business and technical problem, not a product pitch.
