Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Principal AI Strategist on the PACE team to guide customers through AI transformation and value realization. You will lead roadmapping, governance advisory, and change management planning to scale AI adoption across Now Assist, AI Agents, and Otto, while building executive relationships and reusable assets.

You will partner with AI Architects and drive measurable business outcomes, contributing to presales strategy and thought leadership within a post-sale services

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a consultant or advisor in software or technology industries.
• 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with AI capabilities.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with multiple AI tools/LLMs.
• Ability to lead executive-level conversations and build roadmaps.
• Experience advising on AI governance, change management, or adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication translating data into business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy engagements, guiding business alignment and value conversations.
• Develop AI roadmaps from activation to scaled adoption across Now Assist and related offerings.
• Lead value discovery and realization conversations translating usage into executive-ready outcomes.
• Build AI business cases and adoption roadmaps with the account team.
• Advise on AI governance, including policy frameworks and regulatory alignment.
• Lead organizational change management planning for AI initiatives.
• Partner with AI Architects to shape joint solution approaches.
• Develop executive stakeholder alignment on AI strategy.
• Support sales activity with presales strategy and Expert Services leads.
• Contribute to thought leadership and reusable advisory assets.
